SW Associates provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for the new 141,000 square foot, three level hospital.
The hospital consists of 55 beds and 12 Operating Rooms and is designed for future expansion including vertical expansion of an additional 2 patient floors and horizontal expansion for additional Operating Rooms. The Central Utility Plant includes 600 tons of water cooled centrifugal chillers and a 100 ton heat pump chiller along with steam boilers for sterilization and humidity control. Gas fired heating water boilers are also included for building heating needs. All chilled water, condenser water and heating water pumps include variable frequency drives. All supply and return air fans also include variable frequency drives.
