Cardiovascular Renovation

SW Associates is involved in the renovation in Robert’s and Hoblitzelle buildings to add and upgrade Operating Rooms, relocate PACU and Pre-Op and relocate and add ICU beds on the Baylor University Medical Center Dallas Campus. The facility included major infrastructure upgrades included adding and upgrading normal power and emergency power sub stations, air handling units, steam systems, medical gas systems, etc.

The 150,000 square feet renovation is phased to allow continuous operation during construction and includes upgrading all MEP systems to meet current codes.
