Mark Stringer, LEED®AP, HFDP

Mr. Stringer serves as Principal in the Dallas office of SW Associates. His responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, budget control and quality control.
With over 30 years of experience in the consulting engineering field, Mr. Stringer brings design expertise in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection on all project types. During the last fifteen years, he has focused his career on the healthcare industry working on new Greenfield hospital facilities as well as renovations and expansions of ever crowding existing hospital buildings.

Mr. Stringer has extensive experience in the design of outside air ventilation, humidity control and anti-mold design as well as specific knowledge in the pressurization requirements associated with isolation rooms and operating rooms. He also has extensive knowledge in both building and health code requirements.
