Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas

SW Associates has been retained over the past seven years to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for various projects at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas. 

The projects have ranged in size and complexity. The following is a listing of a few of the projects SW Associates has been involved with:

  • Roberts Building: The upgrading of 25 operating rooms with new HEPA filters and electrical and air change rates
  • Hoblitzelle Building: design of a new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • Hoblitzelle Building: Upgrades to 20 patient rooms
  • Truett Building, 7th Floor:  Total renovation of 25,000 SF in the post partum wing including the addition of “rooming-in” rooms
  • Truett Building, 3rd Floor:  Total renovation of the 25,000 SF 3rd Floor Intensive Care Unit including the addition of a universal room
  • Truett Building, 1st Floor:  Total renovation for the replacement of cath equipment in interoperative cath labs.
